An experienced and Fastlane-Certified craftsman will come to your location and inspect the condition of your surface to be coated. Surface Preparation -
Starting at $1,000
This is the most important step in what we do. We prep all of our surfaces via diamond-grinding equipment that weighs between 500-1,000 pounds! Creating the proper surface porosity required for our industrial grade materials.

Repair - Starting at $500
We assess and repair all cracks, spalls, and damage prior to coating. We do this by hand grinding and cutting all imperfections, then fill with our fast-setting resin. Once cured it is ground smooth leaving a seamless repair that is stronger than concrete!
Industrial Polyurea Flake System - Starting at $1,500
We only use industrial grade polyurea and polyaspartic materials for all surfaces to be coated. Followed by a full broadcast of flake aggregate and sealed with a polyaspartic polyurea top coat, giving you an indestructible surface!
Trash/Hazmat Disposal and Jobsite Cleanup - $150
Every job site is left more clean than we found it! Proper disposal of these chemicals is our way of keeping our planet free from hazardous waste.

Humble beginnings…

We started working with a rented-by-the-day U-Haul trailer and our Ford Explorer, we tackled one job at a time to gain a foothold in the market and earn stellar reviews one-by-one. We’ve since gone on to private label our polyurea and polyaspartic materials, ensuring high quality is retained and nonreplication by our competition. We now operate from a large warehouse in North Las Vegas and have multiple trucks on the road. We now employ the best coatings installers in the Valley, who share the same mission and values we started off with.

Who we are…

Husband and wife team, this is our second business together in the last ten years. We also own Spartan Media Group- a graphic design and branding agency. We are Christian business owners that care about our community and give back through philanthropy. We have two young boys, and we believe in demonstrating work-life balance with a healthy dose of fun. You can often find us at the park, camping or exploring Utah, or enjoying a Raiders game.

Why we do it…

When we moved back to Las Vegas in 2017 we realized an opportunity to develop our own brand for a 1-day garage floor coatings business, and to do something nobody else was doing in this market. We started our Vegas-Born business- Fastlane Coatings, to bless others with good-paying jobs and also to raise the bar for the Las Vegas contractor experience. There are so many fly-by-night contractors in Vegas, many of them unlicensed and inexperienced. We want our clients to rest easy knowing that they are hiring an honest, hard-working team that does what they say they are going to do- and ensure that they are 110% satisfied with the job performed. We also want them to enjoy the experience of having their garage floor or patio coated- from the first phone call that rings an owner, to the final Thank You gift bag with a complete list of aftercare instructions included.

Over the last half-decade, we’ve amassed a crazy amount of happy clients, many of whom are still friends and even used us a second time.
